The position holder leads the digital acquisition and retention strategies with main focus on the US market, in order to successfully deliver on country and regional marketing and sales objectives for the Continuous Glucose Monitoring business (CGM). This position will also play an important role to leveraging and strengthening current and future CGM portfolio in digital channels by also developing and supporting global digital strategies and tactics, while managing key stakeholders across Business Units, functions, external vendors and agencies.


  • Digital Strategy: Developing and implementing DTC / Digital Marketing strategies and tactics for the CGM portfolio in US, with the goal to increase customer acquisition, switches and loyalty to Ascensia while improving the customer experience, according to the marketing plan.

  • Search / PPC: Developing and implementing strategies, conducting tests, analyze data, identify trends and insights to achieve maximum ROI in paid / search campaigns

  • Web & UX Optimization: Managing Website Projects incl. Content Management, UX optimization, SEO tactics to further optimize the customer experience and to improve the conversion rates.

  • Social Media: Developing and implementing Social Media strategies

  • Customer Journey: Constantly optimizing the customer journey / customer engagement in digital channels based on data, analytics and insights.

  • Global: Leading global digital projects in alignment with cross-regional and cross-functional teams.


  • University degree or comparable education in Business Administration, Marketing, Media Management, Digital

  • Multiple years of experience in Search and PPC Management

  • Experience in Digital Marketing projects and multiple years of professional experience in total

  • Ability to master a broad experience of Content Management, UX, CX, Social Media Marketing, SEO, Content, Email Marketing

  • Experience in DTC & Digital Analytics

  • Experience in Healthcare Industry
